What
Leadership training and mentoring are non-negotiable components. Echo Ministries is focused on teaching, touching and training the spiritual leadership of nations. The thrust of the ministry is missions and is designed to facilitate the training of Pastors and Church Leaders. Ed has traveled to numerous countries and has ministered to thousands of leaders. He also travels in the U.S. promoting missions, training leaders, and ministering to pastors and their congregations.
Who
Ed is the founder and President of Echo Ministries Inc. After graduation from Bible College in 1977, Ed and his wife, Vicky married and began their ministry lives. They have served as senior pastors, staff pastors and have traveled in itinerate ministry. They both have Bible degrees and Music Minors from Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Ed and Vicky both have a wonderful heritage and rich history in the Assemblies of God. Their credentialed ministry spans over 3 1/2 decades. Arkansas: www.araog.org, National Office: www.ag.org.
God has blessed them with two wonderful sons, Matt and Micah, both of whom are 3rd year graduates of Master’s Commission at their home church, Harvest Time, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. They, along with Vicky, bring tremendous value to the ministry, assisting with some of the day to day operations. On occasion, they join Ed in his travels.

When
Why
The name “echo” comes from Jesus’ statement, “I only do what I see the Father doing” and, “I only say what I heard while in the Father’s presence”. (John 3:32; 5:19, 20; 8:26, 28, 38, 47.) The heartbeat of the Father is “that none be lost…” (2 Peter 3:9). “Hearing, Proclaiming and Fulfilling the Heart of the Father” is priority.
A few years ago, Ed was arrested by the words of Jesus in Matthew 24:45, 46, “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.” (NIV) He sensed the Lord was issuing a specific and urgent call to train the “Servants in the House,” more specifically, the five-fold ministry gifts that Jesus gave the Church in Ephesians 4:11-12.
Equipping the “servants in the house” is a major passion. Impacting the spiritual leadership of nations both home and abroad is an extreme priority!
